The project:
Post-it for Europe, is an awareness campaign that aims to connect youth to European Institutions through a dual approach with a focus on those who live a condition of social, economic and cultural difficulty.
The participants will have to relate themselves with these two topics: “What I want from Europe” and “What can I do for Europe”.
This is a project within the Europe for Citizens programme, Action 1 Measure 2.1 (Application deadline June, 1st 2010). Partnership agreement deadline is April 29, 2010.
Objectives and priorities
The objectives of the project “Post-it for Europe” are:
1. To reduce the perceived gap between the European Institutions and disadvantaged young population with the aim of make more tangible and real the idea of Europe.
2. to increase the participation of the youth through the sharing of ideas and proposals and to develop the active citizenship and revaluing the rule of the people in the construction of the European identity;
3. to promote the inter-cultural dialogue through itineraries of Non Formal Education;
4. to fight the new forms of exclusion caused by the digital divided phenomenon and enhance the processes of communication and on-line sharing.
