Target group: adults
Activities:
• Exchange of experience providing lifelong education in communities;
• Seminars on protection of cultural heritage in country side (material and un-material);
• Common festivities, concerts, masterclases, workshops (for example, handy crafts);
• Exchanges of exhibitions;
• Sport competitions.

Description of municipality:
Naukšēni municipality is located in Northern part of Latvia, nearby Estonian border.
It is one of the smallest municipalities in Latvia. Located in wonderful countryside area: surrounded by forests, agricultural landscape, Rūja river.
Number of inhabitants: 2270
Places of interest:
Unique Naukšēni Human museum, Naukšēni manor house and park, Ķoņi watermill (demonstration of grain, wool, electricity producing), bio diesel factory, mineral water and edible oil factory). Motor float in Rūja river.
There are folklore group and adult folk dance group, line dancers, brass band (youngsters) in community.
