Call for partners
Sperante Foundation from Bucharest, Romania is looking for partners to apply for Europe for Citizens Action 2 - Measure 3: Support for projects initiated by civil society organizations.
Sperante Foundation intends to apply with the project Training for Retirement. The aim of the project is to prepare future retirees for later life by providing one full day of training.
The one day training module proposed to be realized through the project is structured on the following issues:
- Financial planning of retirement – rights of older persons, taxes and insurances, work after retirement, budget planning, will realization
- Health – healthy diet, life style, mental health, ways to increase mobility, mourning, home care versus institutional care
- Free time – family and friends, hobby and volunteer, third age education, support groups
The training module will last 7 hours and will focus practical information that could improve life quality after retirement.
The partners’ role will be to cover part of the subject issues proposed in the training day. The project will cover the costs of transport, accommodation and fee for the trainers.
